The son of former Colombo Mayor A.J.M. Muzammil has been apprehended by the Criminal Investigation Department (CID) at Bandaranaike International Airport in Katunayake. This arrest comes in response to a complaint regarding the alleged misappropriation of approximately 36 million Sri Lankan Rupees linked to a construction project.
