වත්මන් රජය පෙරළා දැමීමේ අරමුණින් ඇතැම් පාර්‍ශ්ව පාතාලයේ සහ මත්ද්‍රව්‍ය ජාවාරම්කරුවන්ගේ මුදල් යොදවමින් විවිධ කුමන්ත්‍රණ ක්‍රියාත්මක කරමින් සිටින බව ජනාධිපති අනුර කුමාර දිසානායක මහතා අවධාරණය කරයි. ජනාධිපතිවරයා මේ බව සඳහන් කළේ 'වසර දෙකයි - රටට සුබයි' තේමාව යටතේ නිකවැරටිය නගරයේ පැවති දැවැන්ත ජන රැලිය අමතමිනි. එහිදී වැඩිදුරටත් අදහස් දැක්වූ ජනාධිපතිවරයා කියා සිටියේ, රජය අපහසුතාවට පත් කර බලයෙන් පහ කිරීම වෙනුවෙන් විවිධ උද්ඝෝෂණ, පෙළපාලි, වෙබ් අඩවි මෙන්ම යූටියුබ් නාලිකා වෙත ජාවාරම්කරුවන් විසින් විශාල වශයෙන් කළු සල්ලි පොම්ප කරමින් සිටින බවයි. මෙම ක්‍රියාකාරකම්වල එකම අරමුණ පාතාලය සහ මත්ද්‍රව්‍ය ජාලය රැකගැනීම බව පෙන්වා දුන් හෙතෙම, ජාතික ජන බලවේග රජය එම සියලු නීතිවිරෝධී ක්‍රියාකාරකම් මුලිනුපුටා දමා දෙමාපියන්ට තම දරුවන් පිළිබඳ කිසිදු බියක් හෝ සැකයක් නොමැති සුරක්ෂිත සමාජයක් අනිවාර්‍යයෙන්ම බිහි කරන බව ප්‍රකාශ කළේය. විපක්ෂයේ කුමන්ත්‍රණකාරී ක්‍රියාමාර්‍ග පිළිබඳව දැඩිව විවේචනය කළ ජනාධිපතිවරයා, "කොළඹ හිටපු ඇමතිවරුන්ගේ නිවෙස්වල, මල්පාරේ කාර්‍යාලවල මෙන්ම නෙළුම් මාවතේ රැස්වෙමින් ආණ්ඩුව පෙරළීමට විවිධ සාකච්ඡා පවත්වනවා. ඔය මාලිගා කුමන්ත්‍රණවලින් මේ ආණ්ඩුව පන්නන්න හිතන්නවත් එපා. අපි ඒවට බය වෙන්නෙත් නෑ, ඒ දිහා බලන්නෙත් නෑ. මේ ආණ්ඩුව රකින්නේ මේ රටේ ජනතාවයි. අපිට තියෙන්නේ ජනතාවගේ නොසැලෙන බලයයි," යනුවෙන් අවධාරණය කර සිටියේය. පසුගිය පාලකයන් විසින් ආර්‍ථික වශයෙන් සහමුලින්ම කඩා වට්ටවා, ජාත්‍යන්තරය හමුවේ යාචක තත්ත්වයට ඇද දැමූ රටක් තමන් භාරගත් බව සිහිපත් කළ ජනාධිපති අනුර කුමාර දිසානායක මහතා, අද වන විට ශ්‍රී ලංකාව ප්‍රජාතන්ත්‍රවාදය, සාමය, සංචාරක ආකර්‍ෂණය සහ දූෂණ මර්‍දනය අතින් ගෝලීය දර්‍ශකවල ඉහළට ඔසවා තැබීමට රජය සමත්ව ඇති බව පැවසීය. එමෙන්ම එළඹෙන නොවැම්බර් මස 12 වන දින රජයේ නව අයවැය ලේඛනය ඉදිරිපත් කරන බව සඳහන් කළ ඒ මහතා, ඒ හරහා රටේ ඉදිරි සංවර්‍ධන උපායමාර්‍ගික සැලසුම් ජනතාව හමුවේ තබමින් නව ආර්‍ථික පරිවර්‍තනයක් කරා රට රැගෙන යන බවද වැඩිදුරටත් කියා සිටියේය. In a strong critique of the opposition's conspiratorial tactics, he stated, “Discussions are being held at the residences of former ministers in Colombo as well as in Malwatte, plotting to overthrow the government. Don't even think about toppling this government with those conspiracies. We are neither intimidated by them nor focused on them. This government stands for the people of this country, and we possess the unwavering power of the populace.” Reflecting on the economic turmoil left by previous administrations and the country’s precarious standing in the international arena, the President noted that Sri Lanka has made strides in boosting its rankings globally in terms of democracy, peace, tourism attractiveness, and anti-corruption measures. Additionally, he announced that the new government budget would be presented on November 12.
